Khulna Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah University (KKBAU) is a newly establishment Private University in Khulna and going to start its’ Academic Program very shortly. So, we are inviting applications for appointment of different faculty positions i.e. Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Lecturer for the following Departments:
- Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)
- Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE)
- Department of Business Administration (BBA)
- Department of English
- Department of Information Science and Library Management

Lecturer in the Department of EEE & CSE
The candidates for the post of Lecturer in Engineering Disciplines must have B.Sc. degree in relevant Engineering subject with CGPA of minimum 3.5 in the 4.0 point scale. They must have GPA 5.0 both in SSC and HSC examinations.
Lecturer in the Department of BBA & Information Science and Library Management
The candidates for the post of Lecturer in non-Engineering Disciplines must have M.A./ M.S.S./ M.B.A. degree or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with CGPA of minimum 3.5 in the 4.0 point scale. They have to get minimum 3.5 in the 4.0 point scale in their respective Bachelor level examination. They must have GPA 5.0 both in SSC and HSC examinations.
Lecturer in the Department of English
The candidates for the post of Lecturer in English Department must have M.A. degree or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with CGPA of minimum 3.25 in the 4.0 point scale. They have to get minimum 3.25 in the 4.0 point scale in their respective Bachelor level examination. They must have GPA 5.0 both in SSC and HSC examinations.
- Experiences needed for different teaching posts
- For the post of Lecturer, no previous Teaching experience is required.
- For the post of Assistant Professor, at least 3 years active teaching service in any recognized university is required. Ph. D. degree holder need no previous Teaching experience to apply for the post. At least one published article in Peer Reviewed/ Index Journal/ Recognized Journal is necessary as its first author in his/her credit.
- For the post of Associate Professor, Ph. D. Degree is must. The candidate must have total active teaching service length of at least 8 years in any recognized university. Out of this 8 years’ active service, he/she must serve at least 5 years as Assistant Professor. At least four published articles in Peer Reviewed/ Index Journal/ Recognized Journal is necessary as its first author in his/her credit. Out of these four articles, at least two articles must be in the tenure of Assistant Professor.
- For the post of Professor, Ph. D. Degree is must. The candidate must have total active teaching service length of at least 12 years in any recognized university. Out of this 12 years’ active service, he/she must serve at least 4 years as Associate Professor. At least six published articles in Peer Reviewed/ Index Journal/ Recognized Journal is necessary as its first author in his/her credit. Out of these articles, two articles must be in the tenure of Associate Professor.
Age limit for Faculty Members: The maximum age limit for all full time Faculty Members of KKBAU shall be 70 years. The age limit may be relaxed case to case basis by the respective Selection Committee.
