Welcome to the Faculty of Science and Engineering.
Khulna Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah University (KKBAU) was officially approved as a full-fledged university by the Government of Bangladesh in 2018. Since its inception, KKBAU has grown into a leading center of excellence in higher education, earning recognition for its academic programs, research contributions, and community service. It has gained the trust and confidence of the people, particularly in the south-western region of the country.
The university offers undergraduate engineering programs in the Departments of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE). It upholds its commitment to quality education by admitting talented students, recruiting faculty members with outstanding academic credentials, providing state-of-the-art laboratories and smart classrooms, and integrating advanced computing tools. Moreover, the university fosters strong connections with industries to prepare students to become innovators, critical thinkers, and leaders.
Our mission extends beyond academic proficiency. We strive to develop students who are technically competent, physically fit, and socially responsible. Through participation in cultural activities and community engagement, we aim to instill ethical values and fundamental human qualities, empowering our graduates to excel in government, industry, research, and academia at both national and international levels.
KKBAU’s faculty members are actively engaged in publishing research in reputed journals, participating in academic seminars, and attending national and international conferences. Undergraduate students are also encouraged to explore research through theses, projects, and field studies, ensuring they gain practical experience and a solid foundation for future endeavors.
