Biography

Md. Mubinul Islam is a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at Khulna Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah University and serves as Assistant Proctor (In-Charge). His research focuses on change management, green transformational leadership, environmental performance, green behavior, and emotional intelligence, with several publications in the field.
