Biography

Md. Mostafijur Rahman is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Khulna Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah University. Alongside his teaching role, he holds several key academic and administrative positions, including Head of the Department, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, and Additional Director of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).

With more than nine years of academic experience, he previously served as Lecturer and Assistant Professor at First Capital University of Bangladesh, where he also contributed as Departmental Chairman and actively engaged in curriculum design, research supervision, and quality assurance activities.

He obtained both his BBA and MBA in Management Studies from the University of Rajshahi with strong academic distinction. Over the course of his career, he has taught a wide range of management and HRM courses, while maintaining an active research profile. His primary research interests focus on Artificial Intelligence in management, organizational culture, employee motivation and satisfaction, and labor issues related to women and children.

He has authored and co-authored several research articles in reputed peer-reviewed journals, including International Journal of Business Excellence, Asian Business Review, and the American Journal of Trade and Policy. He has also presented papers at several international conferences and received a research grant from the Research Management and Training Wing (RMTW) of FCUB.

In addition to teaching and research, he actively participates in workshops, seminars, and academic collaborations with scholars at home and abroad. He has completed professional training in areas such as systematic review, research methodology, and academic publishing. His expertise extends to data analysis tools including SPSS and R, which he integrates into his research and supervision work.

As an academic and administrator, he is deeply committed to fostering quality education, promoting research excellence, and preparing students to become competent business leaders. His goal is to contribute meaningfully to the growth of his department, faculty, and institution while advancing impactful research in the field of management.
