Biography

Ms. Samia Shanjabin is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at Khulna Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah University (KKBAU). She earned both her MBA (2022) and BBA (2020) in Human Resource Management from Khulna University, achieving outstanding academic results with a CGPA of 3.96 and 3.80 respectively. Her research interests lie in the areas of Human Resource Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Stress Management. Ms. Shanjabin has several publications in reputed national and international journals, focusing on topics such as employee engagement, organizational behavior, job stress, and leadership. She has also presented papers at international conferences, contributing to contemporary discussions on business and management research. Through her teaching, research, and academic engagement, she aims to foster innovation and ethical leadership among future business professionals.
