EEE
Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering
Message from the Head
Dear Students, Faculty Members, and Visitors,
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Khulna Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah University (KKBAU). Since its establishment in 2018 under the vision of Dhaka Ahsania Mission and formal approval by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in 2022, the department has been dedicated to producing competent, creative, and ethical engineers capable of leading technological innovation both in Bangladesh and across the globe.
Our department emphasizes a balanced approach between theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Through well-equipped modern laboratories, industry-oriented projects, research collaboration, and a carefully designed Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum, we strive to prepare our students for the evolving demands of the modern engineering landscape. Our faculty members are committed to fostering critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and lifelong learning habits that empower students to adapt to emerging technologies and global challenges.
We also encourage interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation through research, seminars, workshops, and participation in national and international competitions. Our students are not only trained to become skilled engineers but also to become responsible citizens who can contribute to the sustainable development of society through technology and leadership.
At KKBAU, we believe education extends beyond classrooms — it is a journey of discovery, teamwork, and personal growth. The Department of EEE stands as a vibrant academic community where students, teachers, and researchers work together in an atmosphere of mutual respect, curiosity, and ambition.
I cordially invite prospective students and visitors to explore the opportunities we offer. Together, let us continue to build a strong foundation for innovation, excellence, and service to humanity through the power of electrical and electronic engineering.
Dr. Md. Muin UddinHead (Acting), Department of EEE
